Vendors are requested to visit AEPA’s website for instructions on how to register at no cost with Euna Procurement. Vendors must be able to provide their proposed products and services in up to 31 states.

MCS Bidding Information

Montana Cooperative Services bidding information.

As required by MCA Section 20-9-204, MCS maintains a publicly available master list of goods and services being provided to its members, including current items and pricing.

Competing for inclusion

Companies may compete with current vendors to be included on the MCS Master List or propose adding new goods and services.

Lowest responsible bidder

Applications are evaluated on a lowest responsible bidder standard as required by law.

Application windows

Applications are accepted March 1-31 and October 1-31, with vendor contracts awarded twice per year in January and July.

Pricing and contract terms

Pricing must be firm for not less than one year. Accepted bidders must enter a formal contract with MCS within 20 days after award.

Cooperative Rights

MCS may accept, reject, or make partial awards.

Montana Cooperative Services reserves the right to accept or reject bids in whole or in part and to make awards in the manner it determines best serves the cooperative and its members.
